We are currently looking for self starters who have a sound operational understanding of managing a store,&nbsp;are comfortable to make decisions whilst maintaining a compliant and safe operation.<br><br>&nbsp;</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><p>Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that your branch is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offers the highest customer service standards.&nbsp;You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, have a proven record of managing a team to success, have an enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do.&nbsp;</p><p><br>From day one you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support to give our customers what they need, when they need it.<br>&nbsp;</p><h2>You will need</h2><p>To be successful in this position you&nbsp;will need&nbsp;retail/wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background.
