<h2>About the role</h2><p><strong>In this bustling and friendly Butchery Department, you will meet and speak to customers, addressing their specific needs for their unique businesses, such as restaurants, cafes, and much more. You will also make recommendations on meats.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You will support the branch manager in ensuring that the service from your hub is best in class. You will manage a department that is always Health, Safe&nbsp;and Legal, maximising efficiency and availability and delivering excellent customer service.</p><p>This role allows you to run a butchery business without the financial risk.
