<p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>We are currently looking for Department Managers to join our </strong><strong>store team in Ryhope Road, Sunderland!</strong></span></p><p><span>B&amp;M Retail are one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers and with our ongoing expansion plans there has never been a better time to join us.&nbsp;We have a variety of exciting retail careers available &amp; we offer fantastic on the job training.&nbsp;If you are looking to fast track your retail management career the opportunities are endless!</span></p><p><span><strong>We are looking for&nbsp;</strong><strong></strong><strong>Customer Service,&nbsp;<strong>Replenishment</strong>&nbsp;and Floor </strong><strong>Managers to join the team on a permanent</strong><strong> basis to support the Store Management team in the running of the store, ensuring that you deliver the best store standards through our teams for our customers. </strong></span></p><p><span><strong>All roles are full time and require the flexibility to work shifts during the day, evening and weekend.</strong></span></p><p><span>To be successful in any of our management positions, you will need to be results driven and a team player who thrives in our fast-paced, high energy environment, where no two days are the same!&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>As part of our Management team, you will:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service</span></li><li><span>Lead by example whilst being a great team player and role model throughout the store</span></li><li><span>Assist the Store Management Team in driving store targets and standards</span></li><li><span>Support the development of all colleagues, ensuring that they understand how career progression is possible through our ‘Step Up’ programme</span></li><li><span>Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our colleagues and customers</span></li><li><span>Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements</span></li><li><span>Be responsible for reporting and cash office duties where applicable</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>It is essential that you have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Experience of managing a team, in a fast paced, customer facing&nbsp;environment</span></li><li><span>A flexible approach,&nbsp; ‘can do’ positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate</span></li><li><span>Proven success in delivering KPI’s i.e. wage costs, shrinkage etc.</span></li><li><span>Strong commercial awareness within retail</span></li><li><span>Great problem solving skills and decision making credentials</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills</span></li></ul><div><span><strong>In return, you can expect:</strong></span></div><ul><li><span>Job stability and a clear path for your career progression and internal development</span></li><li><span>Amazing on the job training</span></li><li><span>10% store discount across all B&amp;M &amp; Heron Foods stores, with regular double discount events for you to enjoy!</span></li><li><span>Access to our exclusive colleague benefits portal, including discounts for retailers, hospitality and more</span></li><li><span>Wellbeing support &amp; guidance through our Employee Assistance Programme</span></li><li><span>A stable &amp; permanent 40 hour contract</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>If this sounds like you and you&nbsp;would like to join an exciting team in a growing business, whilst fast tracking your retail management career, then we want to hear from you.
