We are looking for an inspirational manager who is very commercial yet loves the creative and visual side of retail.</p><p class="" style="font-weight: 400;"><strong class="">You will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul class="" style="font-weight: 400;"><li class="">Has strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for it</li><li class="">Driving customer service levels.</li><li class="">Leading and inspiring your management team.</li><li class="">Overseeing people, service, operations and product management.</li><li class="">Sales generation, driving KPI', budget and P&amp;L management.</li><li class="">Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained</li><li class="">Training and people development of employee's </li><li class="">One to one coaching and succession planning.</li></ul><p class="" style="font-weight: 400;"><strong class="">What our the must's:</strong></p><ul class="" style="font-weight: 400;"><li class="">You will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager. </li><li class="">Have at least 2-3 years Retail Management experience.</li><li class="">Have a natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail. </li><li class="">Experience working in Fashion highly desirable but not essential.
