You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers and product managers to translate design prototypes into fully functional, high-performance, responsive web applications.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>This will include:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Develop and maintain front-end code for new and existing web applications using HTML5, CSS (including SASS), JavaScript, and jQuery.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Implement modular, responsive, and cross-browser compatible code, following industry best practices and web standards.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the feasibility of designs and deliver a seamless user experience.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Use Handlebars to develop dynamic and reusable UI components.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Integrate and work with various Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring that the user interfaces are well-structured and easy to manage.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Maintain version control using Git for code collaboration and workflow efficiency.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Optimise web applications for performance, ensuring fast load times, high responsiveness, and scalability.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Work with the development team on bug fixing, troubleshooting, and maintaining code quality.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers and product owners, to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><span>Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the front-end development space</span></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><span>About you</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>We’re looking for a proven Front-End Developer with a portfolio of web projects and strong communication and relationship building skills. You’ll have strong </span><span>knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to implement mobile-first designs. You’ll have experience in optimising web applications for performance, including asset optimisation and lazy loading and familiarity with SEO principles.
