Our Goal: grow Online Traffic and Sales + build Brand love by amplifying the mileage of Brand campaigns.? Your experience and interests should align heavily to Paid Social and emerging Social platforms. With an unrivalled eye for detail and passion for customer service, Boux Avenue is your ultimate destination whether you're looking for everyday essentials or something a little sexier.</p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Social &amp; Affiliate Marketing. Paid Search is desirable</li><li>Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and driving actionable insights</li><li>Familiarity with key platforms: META, TikTok, Snapchat. Google Ads is also desirable and other emerging channels</li><li>Creative eye, with an ability to align Creatives to marketing objectives by consulting quantitative and qualitative data</li><li>Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape</li></ul><p><strong>?<em>The Role Responsibilities</em></strong></p><ul><li>Drive performance and optimisation strategies across Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) looking at campaign, audiences and creative performance across the full funnel and all key KPIs</li><li>Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for digital marketing improvement and growth</li><li>Review Paid Creative performance + liaise with Brand and Influencer on Organic content performance</li><li>Review and take action on performance marketing campaigns including: content selection, copywriting, landing page selection</li><li>Own daily management and optimisation of Affiliate Marketing via AWIN. Build, nurture and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to drive collaboration and ?</li><li>Ensure creative assets align to campaign objectives, resonating to targeting audiences</li><li>Analyse data to locate opportunities for improvement and growth; especially creatives and audiences ?</li><li>Take actionable Insights from data analysis, married with context, to produce meaningful learnings and improvement</li><li>Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to our Digital Design team and external Agencies for Paid ads</li><li>Support your team by generating daily and weekly performance reports for digital channels?</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies with overall marketing goals</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to ensure effective campaign management?</li><li>Support Manager on Paid Display: briefing Creatives to Epsilon and verifying Display performance</li><li>Support Manager on Paid Search: big strategies, keyword ideas, budgets and campaign performance</li><li>Consult Brand and Influencer team on the flow of User-Generated-Content (UCG) for Paid campaigns</li><li>Work with our E-Commerce Trade team to review product areas which require additional performance marketing support.?</li><li>Share a perspective on UCG that is authentic and engaging, resonating for performance KPIs</li><li>Explore and support the integration of new channels, new formats and initiatives for growth</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging platforms and tech for opportunities on expanding our digital presence</li><li>Maintain awareness of policy issues / community guidelines / violations on Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliate Platforms</li></ul><p><strong>Job benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Job benefits</li><li>Highly Competitive salary</li><li>25 days holiday and bank holidays</li><li>Fun working environment with regular social events</li><li>Eligible to join the enhanced pension scheme after 12 months service</li><li>Staff discounts on Boux Avenue + all brands within Theo Paphitis Retail Group (Ryman, Robert Dyas, London Graphic Centre)</li><li>Additional discounts from vendors and partners + local Wimbledon discount card on all partaking retailers and restaurants</li></ul></div>
