This role is critical in elevating our clients brand, whilst driving growth within the fashion landscape.</div><div> </div><div>The Performance Marketing Manager based in Central London will be responsible for leading and executing paid, Google Ads and digital marketing strategies to ultimately drive customer acquisition and brand growth.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Day to day responsibilities in the position of Performance Marketing Manager for our client based in Central London will include:</strong></div></div><div><ul><li>Lead and optimise paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.</li><li>Improve customer acquisition costs, conversion rates and overall digital performance through implementing performance-driven marketing strategies </li><li>Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and drive high-quality traffic.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing content reflects brand vision and resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Leverage data insights to refine campaigns, focusing on effective branding and messaging to increase customer engagement.</li><li>Develop and manage a full-funnel marketing strategy to guide customers from awareness to conversion and loyalty.</li><li>Monitor and manage marketing budgets, optimising spend to achieve the highest possible ROI.</li><li>Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to adjust marketing strategies.</li></ul><div><strong>To be considered for the position of Performance Marketing Manager for our client based in Central London, you will offer:</strong></div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social advertising and Google Ads, ideally within the fashion, retail, or ecommerce sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).</li><li>Deep expertise in managing paid social campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as proficiency in Google Ads management.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other data platforms.</li><li>Experience working collaboratively with creative teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.</li><li>Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.</li><li>Proficient in SEO best practices and understanding of how to drive organic traffic growth.</li></ul><div>Apply today to find out more</div><div> </div><div><strong>BBBH31671</strong></div></div>
