manage the Boux Avenue training records for all colleagues via the LMS (Learning Management System) and HRIS</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Audit in Store training taking place, including Store observations and feedback sessions</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Liaise with key stakeholders to design and develop on-going product knowledge material for Store use</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support Store management teams to maximise selling and service opportunity through effective training materials and coaching</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that new Store training &amp; initiatives are communicated and delivered in a timely consistent manner</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Complete in Store visits to review customer service levels, feeding back on improvements to the Area Manager/ HR Manager</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working with the Store manager to support in Store training needs and gaps through 'on the job' training</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Organise and book cost effective training venues for all training events</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Set up and co-ordinating training events, managing delegates and confirming attendance</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sending pre/post course work for management courses</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that new Store training &amp; initiatives are communicated and delivered in a timely consistent manner</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support and oversee&nbsp; in Store Boux Avenue Bra Fitting training</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate and monitor new management training, ensuring all training has been completed and providing any additional coaching along the way</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain "The Hub" working with internal stakeholders to ensure all key information is kept up to date</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support with projects, working with key stakeholders on product training in line with the business needs</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Carry out all duties confidently&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seasonal training support to enable efficient and effective ways to train temporary colleagues</span></li></ul><p><strong>Note:<span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;
