With unique shopping destinations, mobile &amp; desktop sites and convenient delivery options, Boux Avenue is your go-to for every season.</span></p><p><strong>What is the role?</strong></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are seeking an Ecommerce Trade Manager to join our&nbsp; team. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position would be suited to a hard working person who has high attention to detail, great organisational skills and who is looking to expand their eCommerce experience in a creative and collaborative environment.</span></p><p><strong>What will your key responsibilities be?</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build Trade calendar of trading events to meet the needs of the market and maximise sales opportunity (UK and International Markets)</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the planning process of sale budgets by Product Departments and Categories</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Report on sales, key metrics and promotions in daily, weekly and monthly trade meetings</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take full ownership of active day-to-day trade plan and promotions, reacting to performance signals, proposing new promotional solutions and fresh approaches</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising on range availability and to identify product opportunities, as well as CRM and Performance Marketing to support traffic driving activities, with a focus on improving CVR and profitability.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leading trade meetings to review performance as well as looking ahead, identifying commercial opportunities to leverage growth and deliver digital KPIs</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ownership of site optimization to drive cross selling to increase UPT and AOV&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver profit growth through marketing channels and main site KPIs</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Use data to work with cross-functional stakeholders to guide and influence future focus &amp; commercial opportunities, including but not limited to: Multi-variant testing, SEO, Localization, Product Opportunities and Website Development in line with target segment &amp; business strategy</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure seamless customer journey on all sites</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working with Senior Change Manager to define requirements for business tool to support on-site optimisation</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the development of the personalization strategy to balance customer experience with local commercial opportunities</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver best in class on-site visual merchandising and customer experience</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leading and developing a highly motivated and talented team</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Built strong relationship with 3rd parties:&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for from you?</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience in a similar Trade management role</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be able to think outside the box</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Results focused with strong business acumen and a desire to deliver work of the highest quality</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Financially savvy - a whizz with numbers and reports, great attention to detail. Amazing Excel/Google sheets skills and ability to create reports</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Amazing interpersonal skills - you'll have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the business in what is a very exciting time</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Self-starter, highly motivated, proactive and positive attitude.
