It’s in our name – Crew.<br><br><b>Responsibilities<br></b><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Allocation/Stock control</b></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Allocate and manage stock levels to plan in line with grading strategy.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Input initial allocation parameters on the system. </li> <li class="MsoNormal">To set up and manage delivery schedules, working with suppliers to achieve high launch availability.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Carry out regular branch merchandising analysis and take action to maintain balanced product offer in all stores. </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Build opening stock packages for new stores.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Progress chase orders and build relationships with suppliers.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maintain regular contact with stores inc direct and carry out stock transfers when necessary.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Analysis / Administration</b></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Produce sales, stock, profit and trend analysis as required by Merchandiser.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Process orders and update deliveries. </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maintain data and keep all records updated.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Liaise with distribution, stores and suppliers</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Carry out any ad-hoc duties to support to the department as and when required.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Commercial Awareness </b></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Keen interest in product, trends and market activity.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the Crew market and target client base.<br></li></ul><div><b>KeySkills and Experience<br></b><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Essential</i></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong numerical skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Good Microsoft Excel and IT skills.&nbsp; </li> <li class="MsoNormal">An understanding of the principles of distribution and stock management.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong levels of communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Excellent organisational skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Capable of working to tight deadlines.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Dedicated and responsible approach to job role.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work both independently and within a small team.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Desirable&nbsp;</i></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Graduate level or from retail background at supervisory level.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong commercial awareness.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Keen to progress on the Merchandising career path.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><span class="ui-provider gq b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak"><p><i>What we can offer you:</i></p><ul><li>Staff Discount</li><li>Uniform allowance</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Refer a Friend scheme</li><li>Training and career development</li><li>Supportive and rewarding culture</li></ul></span></div></div></div></div></div><!----><!---->
