They are accountable for leading the retail team to deliver commercial and operational objectives in an omni-channel business.</li><li class=""><span class="">They are accountable for building the flagship store client base, delivering the highest level of customer experience, driving commercial growth and ensuring compliance to all operational policies and procedure.</span></li><li class=""><span class="">The Assistant Store Manager will work in close partnership with, and deputies for the Store Manager in their absence.
