This role will focus on sourcing suppliers for branded components, especially <strong>Point of Sale (POS)</strong> materials, merchandise, packaging, and other key elements. The priority is ensuring high-quality standards, with a focus on maintaining the brand's commitment to excellence. You'll also support product development and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, production, and global supply chains, with a sharp eye for detail. If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about quality sourcing, this is a great opportunity in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>More on the role…</strong></p><p><strong>Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding</strong></p><ul><li>Source new suppliers for POS, branded merchandise, packaging, and more.</li><li>Ensure suppliers meet social, ethical, and sustainability standards.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to balance cost and quality.</li><li>Onboard suppliers and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Development & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in developing new products, focusing on feasibility, material selection, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet design and quality standards.</li><li>Stay current on industry regulations and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Procurement & Data Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders.</li><li>Maintain accurate item data within internal systems.</li><li>Monitor lead times and supplier performance to mitigate risks.</li><li>Resolve production or supplier issues efficiently and offer practical solutions.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Problem Solving & Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Resolve production or supplier issues efficiently.</li><li>Provide creative solutions to procurement and product development challenges.</li><li>Adapt quickly to changes and support the team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>The Person.</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years in procurement, product development, or supply chain (ideally in POS, gifts, packaging, or luxury retail).</li><li> Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and production processes, with experience working with a diverse supplier base.</li><li> Expertise in international trade regulations, supplier due diligence, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li> Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and supplier management skills.</li><li> Proficient in ERP software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and managing multiple tasks under pressure.</li><li> Desirable: Experience in SAP and hands-on use of Monday.com for project management and workflow automation.</li></ul><p><strong>BBBH32767</strong></p></dd>
