The IT Business Analyst must be ableto demonstrate they are a customer focused individual with the energy, driveand commitment to make it happen.</span><span>&nbsp; </span><span>Thisrole will be required to work closely with the E-commerce department drivingchange and efficiencies on the order platform, the order creation and orderfulfilment system.</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoNormal">This role will beworking on projects, which may affect several areas of the business, and thus,good Organisational Politics, Conflict Management and Interpersonal skills areessential.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure alignment to business objective:</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Champion the customer experience;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Understand business requirements including documentation of as is / to be scenarios;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Create implementation specifications and project plans;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Assist and support QA, UAT and user training;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure that colleagues and project stakeholders have a clear view of progress, issues, risks and interdependencies relating to project delivery;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Exercise judgment to document/present available options to the stakeholders and make recommendations based on financial, resource, and technological considerations;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Focus on standardization of business process;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Understand ecommerce best practices and technology trends.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</b></div></div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><i><br>Essential skills:</i></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong analytical skills;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to explain complex technical issues to non IT-experts;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Organised and flexible to changing business priorities;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Problem solving &amp; delivering results;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Excellent listening skills;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Willingness to take ownership of issues, ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress and deliver solutions;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with changing priorities;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Action Orientated;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Drive for results.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Desirable skills:</i></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"></p><ul><li>Knowledge of AX or any other ERPsystem such as Oracle or SAP.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Experience:</i></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Solid background in business enablement through technology;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Experience with all aspects of IT projects, from design through development, testing, implementation, and support;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Experience of B2B and/or B2C ecommerce solutions, ideally in a manufacturing business;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Demonstrated ability to review, consolidate and communicate with all levels within IT and the business.</li></ul></div></div></div><!----><!---->
