As a strategic role, you will support the development of our business proposition within the local community, attending events and building relationships. In addition you will also foster partnerships with businesses in your area to grow opportunity and support the wider EE strategy. You will be responsible for the running of both sales and community events and manage the end to end process ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand integrity.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">On a day to basis you will run sales events around your location, building both internal and external relationships. You will lead your team by fostering an inclusive and engaging environment whilst managing operational performance and efficiencies, and in turn be responsible for the recruitment and support of your team. Collaboration will be key, so you’ll use your excellent communication skills and experience to harness the relationship with our retail stores and the relationships you build around it. As the face of our brand in the community you’ll ensure a positive experience for everyone you interact with.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">To succeed in this role you’ll have experience as a both a strong leader and in sales.
