<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>This role plays an integral part within the team working closely with the CRM Manager cutting across all aspects of CRM in supporting the wider Communication and Ecommerce strategy.</p><p>As a <strong>CRM Executive</strong> you will be:</p><ul> <li>Assistingin the planning and delivering of CRM and email marketing campaignsincluding coordination of communication planner</li> <li>Assistin the planning and development of push notification</li> <li>Supportingthe CRM Manager with database management including database cleanliness</li> <li>Involvementin the development of data segmentation strategies</li> <li>Managethe building, scheduling, testing and optimisation of email campaigns</li> <li>Assistin the delivery of weekly and monthly campaign performance reports</li> <li>Establishemail performance benchmarks, summarise key insights, and recommendactions to improve email performance</li> <li>Createa testing plan to improve customer engagement and produce a log of whatworks and what doesn’t</li> <li>Manageall automated communications by maintaining and reporting on currentcampaigns and continuously looking for areas to enhance</li> <li>Collaboratingwith other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspectof the business</li> <li>Workwith the CRM Assistant to ensure all day-to-day communications aredelivered on time and to a high standard</li> <li>Supporton technical integrations and wider development projects</li> <li>Embracethe value of “Defying Ordinary” by driving continued and relentlessimprovement and innovation within the CRM department</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>The Team <br><br></strong>This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce UX &amp; Delivery team, across one of the most exciting retail businesses in the UK.</p><p><strong><br>About You<br></strong><br>You will have experience gained from a similar role and environment, with proven success in CRM, strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present data.
