<div class="jobDesc"><p>As a multi-channel retailer and with over 150 years experience on the high street, we are seeking a <strong>Cluster Manager</strong>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What's in the role and what are we looking for?</strong></p><p>We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Cluster Manager to work 39 hours per week. You'll be responsible for the running and management of both stores and everything that it entails - sales, service, targets. Most importantly, you'll be a leader. A leader of people and a leader in the current and challenging world of retailing. You'll have bundles of passion and energy in driving your teams forward; you'll epitomise our standards of customer service and you'll put smiles on people's faces - customers and staff.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Traditionally, our Managers are responsible for:-</strong></p><ul><li>Inspire and manage the teams, leading by example, with enthusiasm and energy.</li><li>Develop the teams to always put the customer first, setting an example of how to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.</li><li>Champion self-development within the teams</li><li>Promote a positive, honest, kind and inclusive working environment</li><li>Recruit, induct and develop the teams, and handle people issues in conjunction with the People and Development team</li><li>Leading by example</li><li>Develop close relationships within the local area to drive footfall to store activities and events.</li><li>Develop strong collaborative relationships across the business and externally to ensure your stores' needs are met and objectives delivered.</li><li>Ensure all reporting and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key skills and behaviours that we look for: -</strong></p><ul><li>Passionate about retail/customer service</li><li>Proven track record of leadership</li><li>Seeks positive outcomes</li><li>Open to change and challenge</li><li>Flexibility</li><li>Strives for excellence and seeks to improve & innovate</li><li>Competent with computers and willing to engage with technology</li><li>Kind with morally sound values</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><ul><li>A collaborative, positive approach and able to work with people at all levels.
