This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail business, supporting the financial management of key projects and capital investments.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities in this role:</p><ul><li>Ensure all purchase orders (POs), receipts, and invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare and manage Capex documentation, including financial appraisals.</li><li>Monitor capital and revenue spend on active projects, providing weekly updates.</li><li>Assist with capital reconciliation alongside the Finance team.</li><li>Support the budget-building process in collaboration with project managers.</li><li>Manage accruals and ensure financial records are up to date.</li><li>Provide administrative and financial support to retail finance and field teams.</li><li>Assist with month-end procedures and capital management.</li><li>Respond to general store inquiries and ad hoc requests.</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
