This means putting style before trends and truth before hype.</p><p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead</strong> to join our dynamic digital team based at our Head Office in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the performance of our digital platforms by optimising user experiences, increasing conversion rates, and most importantly supporting our ambitious performance marketing goals, particularly in customer acquisition.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSBILITIES:</strong></p><p>· Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimisation strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.</p><p>· Design, develop, and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimise website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.</p><p>· Utilise tools such as heat maps, user testing, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Shopify, GA4, Looker, MS Clarity) to identify opportunities to improve the user journey, reduce friction points, and increase conversion rates across the website.</p><p>· Design, test, and implement high-converting landing pages for various campaigns, including paid search, organic traffic, and referrals.</p><p>· Monitor and report on key website metrics, such as load times, bounce rates, exit rates, and click-through rates.</p><p>· Align CRO strategies with performance marketing goals to drive marketing-qualified leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.</p><p>· Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and Data Insights teams to form a strategic partnership that drives data-driven decisions and actionable insights.</p><p>· Partner with the E-Commerce Trade Manager, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Customer Services teams to ensure data insights align with overall business objectives and customer needs.</p><p>· Act as a resource for training on analytics tools and technical processes for the wider team.</p><p>· Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure that optimization initiatives remain continuous, with the website perpetually evolving to meet the evolving needs of users and the organisation.</p><p>· Share new tools, technologies, or strategies with the team to elevate the site's capabilities.</p><p>· Deliver clear, concise, and impactful insights through regular reporting on trading metrics, customer behaviour, and website performance.</p><p><strong>SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p><p>· 3-5 years of experience in a Conversion Rate Optimisation role or similar, with a proven track record of optimising lead generation across multiple digital channels.</p><p>· Proficient in analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.</p><p>· Experience with digital analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics.</p><p>· Experience supporting performance marketing initiatives, particularly in new customer acquisition.</p><p>· Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation environments is highly desirable.</p><p>· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.</p><p>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.</p><p>· Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.</p><p><strong>WHY JOIN US?</strong></p><p>· Impactful Work: Play a crucial role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.</p><p>· Innovative Environment: Be part of a team that values creativity and data-driven decision-making.</p><p>· Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.</p><p>· Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and performance-based incentives.</p><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><p>· 25 days holidays</p><p>· Fantastic Staff discount schemes – up to 50% (and 70% on 5 items per season)</p><p>· Life Assurance</p><p>· Pension</p><p>· Access to the Unum - Help@Hand Support – Jigsaw’s wellbeing and benefits provider, for a whole host of resources, support and discounts</p><p><em>We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications are encouraged from individuals regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marriage and civil partnerships or pregnancy and maternity.</em></p>
