<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><h3>DTC Account Executive | Manchester | £28,000</h3><p>Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a DTC Account Executive to join a well-established and loved omni-channel fashion retailer. This is chance to be part of an amazing business who are currently going through their most sustained period of growth with more incredible growth projected!</p><p>This position ensures account health is maintained across all Marketplaces, through regular communication internally and externally with core stakeholders. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities as DTC Account Executive:</h3><ul><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each drop shipment account, tracking metrics such as order fulfilment SLA's, shipping accuracy, sales tracking, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to optimise operations.</li><li>In conjunction with the daily account activity, own the Account Plan and other planning materials, and ensure they are regularly reviewed against established milestones and targets.</li><li>Ensure that agreed quality assurance and customer satisfaction procedures are fully implemented and monitored.</li><li>Understands the key accounts' strategy, issues, culture, challenges considering the impact on account management.</li><li>Maintain product ranges pricing across partners, uploaded in line with seasonal deadlines, with established pricing and full-size ranges available.</li><li>Completion of customer product matrix, Imagery &amp; samples when required.</li><li>Manage stock, work closely with the imports team on new season stock availability and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Monthly analysis &amp; management of customer take up of forward orders.</li><li>Build great relationships with key areas of the business such as Buying, Marketing, Product &amp; Digital.</li><li>Analytical thinking - ability to tackle complicated issues by evaluating information gathered, analysing future sales, future stock, and act upon your findings.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for new drop shipment accounts, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
