<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Omni-Channel Product &amp; Delivery team here at Matalan as a Product &amp; Delivery Associate.​</p><p>This role plays a critical part in supporting the Product &amp; Delivery Managers to deliver successful products and services within a defined pillar of the omni-channel platform. The role involves assisting with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, requirement capture and creation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, data analysis, and customer support.​</p><p>This is truly an exciting opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will learn from experienced Product &amp; Delivery Managers and other members of the team.</p><p>Key Responsibilities -&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Support the Product &amp; Delivery Managers in the delivery of great new products and services.​</li><li>Assist with project coordination, including task management, risk management, and communication with stakeholders​</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, and to ensure that their needs are met, with a focus on the end-to-end customer journey​</li><li>Support in the UAT process, including developing and executing test plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather feedback, with a focus on ensuring that the customer journey is seamless across all channels​</li><li>Manage the release process, including planning, scheduling, and executing releases, with a focus on minimizing disruption to the customer experience</li><li>Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and to support decision-making, with a focus on understanding the customer journey and improving the customer experience​</li><li>Provide customer support, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions, with a focus on resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
