In this role you will support the Head of Omnichannel in proposition development, campaign execution, and digital-retail integration, ensuring strategic initiatives enhance customer experience, commercial performance, and cross-channel alignment. This role works across a wide portfolio of strategic initiatives and omnichannel campaigns with varying timelines and complexity, providing end-to-end visibility of deliverables, interdependencies, and team inputs. It involves interfacing with cross-functional teams to surface blockers, follow up on actions, and maintain project momentum. The role also manages the day-to-day coordination of multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring structured and timely progress, while handling sensitive or high-priority tasks with minimal supervision, including preparing briefings and steering decks.</div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote">Key Responsibilities:Omnichannel Proposition & Campaign Execution<ul><li>Translate strategic direction into clear propositions and testable MVPs</li><li>Own execution tracking across marketing, retail, digital, and commercial</li><li>Align touchpoints and messaging across physical and digital channels</li></ul>Project & Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Create and maintain project trackers and align stakeholders</li><li>Lead internal comms flows and write or consolidate briefings</li></ul>Customer Experience Thinking<ul><li>Ensure proposition clarity with UX, content, and store teams</li><li>Bring customer and competitor insights into shaping</li></ul>Performance Monitoring & Reporting<ul><li>Set up dashboards or trackers to monitor progress</li><li>Structure post-launch reviews with insight-led recommendations</li></ul>Proposition Innovation & Research<ul><li>Research emerging trends and support sprint planning</li><li>Enable test-and-learn for new formats, bundles, services</li></ul>Location:This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B.
