The company boasts 100+ stores and a thriving online presence, continuing to grow from strength to strength.</p><p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Up to 50% discount across 3 company brands</li><li>Uniform allowance (approx. £1k)</li><li>Discounts across major retailers</li><li>Pension scheme (3.5% employer contribution, matched)</li><li>Interest-free loans for travel and tech purchases</li><li>EarlyPay access</li><li>Sick pay insurance</li><li>Training and career development opportunities</li><li>A supportive and rewarding company culture</li><li>23+ holiday days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities for the Ecommerce Project Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to create and execute a 12-month development calendar, including scoping and gathering requirements for new projects.</li><li>Manage web development budgets and support tickets, ensuring that requests are prioritised in a data-driven, customer-focused manner.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end delivery of web developments, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Stay on top of competitor websites and market trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and improvement.</li><li>Leverage research methods like customer surveys, user testing, and tools like Content Square and Google Analytics to better understand customer behaviour and inform development decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with the CRO Executive to build a roadmap for A/B testing, ensuring a culture of experimentation and optimisation.</li><li>Partner with the CRM team and CRO Exec to drive personalisation efforts across the site.</li><li>Work with external developers/designers to ensure development work is on-brand and optimised for the best user experience.</li><li>Support the ecommerce team in adopting new functionality and resolving any website-related issues.</li><li>Manage third-party relationships for Google Analytics, GTM, and tagging setup.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For in an Ecommerce Project Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in web development and a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms.</li><li>Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.</li><li>Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.</li><li>A genuine passion for creating outstanding user experiences.</li><li>Highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within the role.</li></ul><p>If you're ready to take the next step in your ecommerce career with a growing and exciting brand, apply now!</p><p><strong>BBBH: 32583</strong></p></dd>
