Full training will be given, all we ask is that you bring a competitive spirit, a positive can do attitude, and plenty of initiative and that will see you fit in to the team perfectly!</p><p>Please note all applicants must be able to work weekends.</p><p>As a General Sales Assistant within our stores, you’ll be delivering an efficient and reliable service to our customers who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be a customer advisor achieving our sales whilst living our Matalan Values; maintaining a high performing, energetic and adaptable energy – all whilst making sure that our customer’s experience in-store is at the forefront of our work.</p><p>You’ll have great exposure of a fast-paced retail sales environment; working across the shop floor, till area and stock room.
