Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Course Maintenance:</strong> Cutting greens, tees, fairways, and rough to ensure exceptional playing conditions.</li><li><strong>Routine Upkeep:</strong> Performing essential maintenance such as verti-draining and hollow coring.</li><li><strong>Bunker Care:</strong> Maintaining and grooming bunkers to meet professional standards.</li><li><strong>Greens &amp; Tees Care:</strong> Blowing and sweeping greens and tees for a pristine appearance.</li><li><strong>Driving Range Management:</strong> Maintaining grass quality on the outfield and retrieving range balls.</li><li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Collaborating with the team to deliver consistent quality across the course year-round.</li><li><strong>General Upkeep:</strong> Ensuring the daily upkeep of the course and surrounding areas.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Experience in Greenkeeping:</strong> A background in course maintenance, with a strong understanding of golf course standards.</li><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong> NVQ Level 2 or above in Greenkeeping (desirable).</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> A commitment to delivering high-quality results across all areas of the course.</li><li><strong>Team Player Attitude:</strong> A positive, collaborative mindset to work effectively with others.</li><li><strong>Strong Communication Skills:</strong> Ability to liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At American Golf, we value individuality and strive to create an inclusive workplace that reflects our diverse community.
