Full investigations of misplaced stock.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Oversee stock issues within the warehouse (picking quantity / quality, PI checks and location errors). Root-cause analysis of new / ongoing issues. Co-ordinating ad-hoc sample / charity picks.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Superb communication with multiple departments throughout the business in a professional manner.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Skills and Behaviours required:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience of using Navision WMS (warehouse management system) or similar preferable but full training to be given.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Problem identification and resolution of operational issues at ground level.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:36.0pt">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Good Microsoft office skills; an understanding of spreadsheets &amp; Outlook.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Good understanding of safe working practices within a warehouse environment.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:25.1pt">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Excellent organisational skills and time management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Professional attitude, team-orientated and possessing great communication skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Able to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Contribute to the management of safety on site ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported and acted on accordingly including undertaking accident investigations where necessary.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At Hobbycraft we celebrate the joy of crafting, and we celebrate all of our colleagues and customers.&nbsp; As a retailer we have a diverse Colleague base from a broad range of all communities.
