<span></span><p></p><p><strong>We have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Project Manager to lead the integration of HR and Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance (GRC) tooling solutions across our business. Working closely with our Compliance team, this role will focus on the seamless integration of existing ecosystems, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>The role will suit someone with prior change management project experience or proven experience of implementing IT integrations across a large scale. This role is permanent and will be based full-time at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.</strong></p><p><strong>The key accountabilities in the role are:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Lead the implementation of GRC tools, with focus on Microsoft 365 integration</span></li><li><span>Oversee the integration of HR systems, with payroll infrastructure and coordinate seamless data flow between HR and payroll systems</span></li><li><span>Create detailed project plans, with clear milestones and deliverables, and manage multiple vendor relationships and internal stakeholders </span></li><li><span>Create and maintain project documentation including technical specifications, integration architecture diagrams and user manuals</span></li><li><span>Establish, track and be accountable for project KPIs</span></li></ul><p><strong>To be successful in this role you will have:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 admin centre and compliance features</span></li><li><span>Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software integration</span></li><li><span>Managed change control processes, in similar IT projects </span></li><li><span>Knowledge of REST APIs and integration methodologies</span></li><li><span>A can-do attitude and hands on approach to project delivery </span></li></ul><p>We offer a range of great benefits including discount in our stores, a colleague portal offering discount for numerous retailers, hospitality &amp; much more!
