At Nobia UK, we’re on the lookout for an <strong>Inbound Call Advisor </strong>to join our talented team in <strong>Darlington</strong>.</p><p>Salary - £23,932.48 </p><p>Closing Date - Sunday 16th February</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p>You’ll be at the heart of our customer care team, providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently, your day-to-day will include:</p><ul><li>Offering the necessary guidance and support to all customers (Internal and external) through online chat facility, email and calls.</li><li>To communicate information accurately and efficiently to customers and management, should there be any potential threat to service.</li><li>Respond to incoming chat and written correspondence in accordance with agreed service levels.</li><li>Ensuring customers are responded to quickly in line with our service levels.</li><li>Updating all systems to allow full traceability of all customer issues.</li><li>To be able to advise customers effectively on products or services.</li><li>To analyse and provide feedback on all enquiries received within the department with a view to implementing improvement actions.</li><li>To ensure agreed service levels are met.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a great communicator with a passion for helping people. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:</p><ul><li>Previous online chat experience.</li><li>An excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Effective telephone manner and good telephone handling techniques, also a good listener and be able to identify with customer needs.</li><li>To remain calm in difficult situations and understand how actions impact upon other colleagues.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills and good organisational skills and excellent Letter writing skills.</li><li>Ability to use own initiative and take full responsibility for actions, to be a team player and show commitment and loyalty.</li><li>To be able to accurately update customer records via IT technology and to gain knowledge of our product offering.</li><li>To have knowledge &amp; adhere to agreed working practices also excellent IT literate and SAP knowledge an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Why join Nobia</strong></p><p>At Nobia, we’re more than just a leading kitchen specialist, we’re a community that values creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
