In this role you will manage our existing communication channels and help to explore and develop new approaches. A key aspect of this role will be to develop engaging content, with support from a retained agency and an in-house creative services team, to ensure a regular cadence of impactful internal and development programmes, DE&amp;I strategy initiatives, business change programmes and seasonal campaigns, through planning, delivery and evaluation of effectiveness.</span></li><li communication channels (e.g. e-newsletter, digital screens, emails, posters) and content to keep it up to date and in line with communications priorities.</span></li><li
