This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with experienced graphic designers, assisting in the creation of high-quality visual assets across digital platforms for multiple in-house brands.</p><p>This is an entry-level role and perfect for someone who wants to start a fantastic career in a vibrant, growing business! Lots of training and support from the team will be provided!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Image manipulation:</strong> Cropping, resizing, and adjusting images to fit design layouts.</li><li><strong>Asset creation:</strong> Designing assets for emails, social media, websites, and paid advertising.</li><li><strong>File preparation:</strong> Converting image formats and optimising files for both web and print.</li><li><strong>Colour correction &amp; layout:</strong> Assisting with colour adjustments and layout design.</li><li><strong>Retouching &amp; typography:</strong> Enhancing images and ensuring fonts align with design guidelines.</li><li><strong>Design support:</strong> Assisting senior designers with mockups, variations, and presentations.</li><li><strong>Quality control:</strong> Reviewing final artwork and implementing revisions based on feedback.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> A degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred but not essential.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</li><li><strong>Attention to detail:</strong> A keen eye for accuracy and spotting design inconsistencies.</li><li><strong>Creative skills:</strong> Strong understanding of design, typography, and layout.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong collaboration and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Skills (preferred/ non-essential):</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in print or digital design.</li><li>Knowledge of web design principles or animation software would be a bonus.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join?</strong><br> This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career with a fast-paced, innovative brand.
