<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About The Role</h3><p>As a Junior CAD Technician at Matalan, you’ll work with the Store Development team to prepare and complete plans for store Refurbishments, New Stores, and any ad hoc works as necessary to support the overriding business development plans.<br><br>Here's some of the work you'll be part of:</p><p>Initially this role will focus on our refit plans.</p><ul><li>Design and develop detailed briefs for each project, ensuring they are kept updated as the project progresses.</li><li>Work up detailed plans and drawings for each project including General Arrangements, RCP, Flooring, elevations along with necessary co-ordination.</li><li>Create detailed specifications, analysing and advising on suitable materials to be used for each project.</li><li>Work closely with all internal stakeholders to keep them informed and up to date on the progress.</li><li>Co-ordinate and manage all design information and drawings for a project, from the Pre-Construction stage, all the way to Practical application and completion.</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
