With an unrivalled eye for detail and passion for customer service, Boux Avenue is your ultimate destination whether you're looking for everyday essentials or something a little sexier.</p><p>We are looking for a Junior Garment Technologist that has experience working across lingerie, swimwear, nightwear, lounge or beachwear.</p><p><strong>What will your duties be as a Junior Garment Technologist?</strong></p><ul><li>Management of your own product areas</li><li>Attending and managing multiple weekly fit sessions on multiple sized models</li><li>Sending clear, concise and accurate fit comments in a timely manner</li><li>Working on products from buy, sample through to production</li><li>Liaising with supplies in the UK and abroad including the Far East</li><li>Working closely with the design and buying teams</li><li>Reviewing tech packs with designers to asses material and construction requirements</li><li>Managing Sealing Samples</li><li>Measuring samples and reviewing the grading</li><li>Reviewing test reports and ensuring all products comply with UK REACH legislation</li><li>Liaising with the warehouse QC department on bulk inspections</li><li>Reviewing returns reports and follow up where action is required</li><li>Ensuring that our high fit and quality standards are maintained</li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for in you?</strong></p><ul><li>Educated to Degree level (Contour Fashion would be an advantage)</li><li>At least 1-3 years' experience with either a retailer or supplier across lingerie, nightwear and swimwear product categories</li><li>Have knowledge of bra and clothing construction and manufacturing techniques</li><li>Factory experience would be beneficial</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Managing samples</li><li>Proactive and enjoy problem solving</li><li>Ability to multi task and maintain focus when under pressure</li><li>Have good organisational skills</li><li>A confident communicator at all levels</li><li>Able to work individually and as part of a team</li></ul><p><strong>Are there any benefits?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary&nbsp;</li><li>25 days holiday and bank holidays&nbsp;</li><li>Fun working environment with regular social events&nbsp;</li><li>Eligible to join the enhanced pension scheme after 12 months service&nbsp;</li><li>Staff discounts across the brands within Theo Paphitis Retail Group (Ryman, Robert Dyas and London Graphic Centre).&nbsp;</li></ul></div>
