Also coordinatingwith the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for allcustomers.</span></li><li>Responsible for thedevelopment and management of the organic social budget for the financial year.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>ContentCreation</b><b></b></p><div><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><ul><li>Create, capture, and edit high-quality content for core platforms(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) while maintaining brand guidelines.</li><li>Manage UGC and creator content, ensuring alignment with broader marketingefforts such as CRM, PR, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Video content - produce, shoot, and edit short-form video content.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Analysis& Reporting</b></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li><span>Track and analyse social media performance, providing actionable insightsto optimise strategy and inform decision-making.</span></li><li>Deliver weekly reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations,presenting findings during trade meetings.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b>PR& Influencers </b></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li><span>Supportproduct seeding initiatives, coordinating with merchandising to ensure timelydeliveries.</span></li><li>Identifyand engage with influencers aligned with the brand, managing collaborations andcommunity requests.</li><li>Work withthe external PR agency on sample requests and seasonal image updates.</li><li>Assist inbrainstorming sessions for campaigns, activations, and new social media ideas.</li><li>Capture engaging contentfor events like store openings, pop-ups, and press days to amplify socialreach.</li></ul><div><b>Key Skills & Experience:</b></div><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Essential</b></p><div><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 yearsof professional experience managing social media for a comparable brand.</li><li>Proven track record ofbuilding and growing social media accounts and build online communities,specifically Instagram & TikTok.</li><li>Hands-on experiencecreating, filming, and editing engaging content.</li><li>Familiarity withanalytics tools like Google Analytics to deliver actionable performanceinsights.</li><li>Exceptionalorganisational skills and attention to detail, with a commercially drivenmindset.</li><li>Creativity,motivation, and enthusiasm for connecting with audiences through digitalplatforms.</li><li>Strong interpersonalskills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing,creative and trade teams.</li><li>Passionate about storytelling and staying up-to-date with the latestsocial media trends and tools.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div><!----><!---->
