We’re looking to recruit new colleagues onto our established 18 month programme.  The apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity within the trade sector, tapping into life and trade skills with mentoring support and, on completion, a nationally recognised qualification (Level 2 Fitted Interiors) Wickes work with over 2000 kitchen installers across the UK, and the apprenticeship programme can open doors to many great careers in the industry. Opportunities for people in a sector that can be flexible around them and deliver the potential to go on to set up their own business.  During your apprenticeship, you will work alongside a Wickes Approved Installer and will be installing Wickes kitchens into our customers’ homes. This gives you a fantastic opportunity to experience the working environment and put all of your learning into practice.  The formal training element of your apprenticeship will be delivered by our approved training provider WEBS Training Ltd and is focused on the technical aspects of fitting a kitchen, behaviour, customer services and setting up your own business.
