What’s on offer?

A basic salary of £26,000, plus a monthly top up bonus of £200 for your first year to help support the transition. This is along with an individual uncapped commission package that truly recognises and rewards your hard work, as well as a quarterly team bonus.

What’s involved?

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll take centre stage in our stunning showroom, working with customers to create beautiful, functional kitchen spaces. From the first conversation to the final installation, you’ll be by their side, providing expert guidance and an exceptional experience that leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll be doing

• Own thecustomer journey: From showroomconsultations to home visits, you’ll guide customers every step of theway, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experiencethroughout the entire process.
• Be partof a dynamic team: You’ll collaborate with apassionate, sales-driven team in a fast-paced environment, helping toachieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Spotopportunities: Staying ahead of markettrends, you’ll look for new ways to inspire customers and boost your salesperformance.

• Salesexperience and a target-driven mindset.
• Strongorganisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally adesign background or a creative flair and eye for detail
• Flexibilitywith working hours to meet customer needs.
• A full UKdriving licence and access to a vehicle.
