Working closely with the Logistics Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks that will help streamline processes and contribute to the success of exciting brand partnerships.</p><p data-start="883" data-end="908"><strong data-start="883" data-end="908">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start="909" data-end="1608"><li data-start="909" data-end="1066">Be the first point of contact for logistics-related queries by managing the Logistics inbox, responding to questions, and escalating issues when necessary.</li><li data-start="1067" data-end="1169">Keep the logistics tracking system up to date, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth coordination.</li><li data-start="1170" data-end="1303">Manage essential paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), ensuring documents are properly distributed to relevant destinations.</li><li data-start="1304" data-end="1510">Make the most of SAP to:<ul data-start="1333" data-end="1510"><li data-start="1333" data-end="1363">Update Purchase Orders (POs)</li><li data-start="1366" data-end="1417">Raise APRIs (Authorisation for Purchase Requests)</li><li data-start="1420" data-end="1462">Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) updates</li><li data-start="1465" data-end="1510">Run various reports to keep things on track</li></ul></li><li data-start="1511" data-end="1608">Keep the Barclays online portal updated to ensure financial accuracy and streamline operations.</li></ul><p data-start="1610" data-end="1637"><strong data-start="1610" data-end="1637">What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul data-start="1638" data-end="2235"><li data-start="1638" data-end="1747"><strong data-start="1640" data-end="1659">Excel Proficiency:</strong> You should be comfortable with Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.</li><li data-start="1748" data-end="1873"><strong data-start="1750" data-end="1779">Proactive problem-solver:</strong> You'll be managing different tasks and working independently, so being self-motivated is key.</li><li data-start="1874" data-end="2008"><strong data-start="1876" data-end="1891">Tech-savvy:</strong> Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a must, and knowledge of online portals (DHL, FedEx, Barclays) will be a bonus.</li><li data-start="2009" data-end="2136"><strong data-start="2011" data-end="2035">Attention to detail:</strong> Accuracy is everything in logistics, and your keen eye will ensure nothing slips through the cracks.</li><li data-start="2137" data-end="2235"><strong data-start="2139" data-end="2156">Desirable:</strong> Familiarity with SAP is great, but not essential.
