This will require a close working relationship with all departments within the retail side of the business. Reporting in to the LP/RF manager and maintaining close communication primarily with the retail business and finance department.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Weekly and monthly reporting and meetings will require some understanding of all the areas of responsibility and managing the workstreams so you can provide answers and suggestions for streamlining processes and any ad hoc areas.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Loss Prevention &amp; Retail Finance Coordinator (6 Month FTC)</p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p></p><p>Stock control:</p><p>· Monitoring delivery reporting and ensuring all reports are sent out correctly. Analyzing reporting to pull out valuable insights for the wider business.</p><p>· Overseeing with the sales audit correction process and ensuring all errors are cleared each month.</p><p>· Looking into RFID activity and stock comparison mechanisms.</p><p>· 1 full stock take round (May/June) will require both system and analytical work, reporting results and posting adjustments as needed.</p><p>· Any ad hoc projects that arise</p><p>· Liaising with area managers and stores to help minimize losses and advise on best practices.</p><p>· Concise and accurate reporting in to the LP manager.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Retail Finance:</p><p>· Monitoring all incoming and outgoing accounts to ensure that they are cleared on a weekly basis.</p><p>· Overseeing the RF assistant so they are able to complete all processes.</p><p>· Overseeing with new store openings, change and banking book orders.</p><p>· Overseeing the discrepancy process, ensuring stores are made aware of any outstanding issues and resolve any balances.</p><p>· Ensuring B2B invoices are issued accurately, payments are received on time and relevant accounting lines are cleared.</p><p>· Ensuring customer care refunds are actioned by stores and reporting any non compliance so they can be actioned.</p><p>· Prepare write off lists for monthly consideration.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You will be expected to provide cover for holidays/absences and flex your working split accordingly.</p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b><b>Your profile:</b></b></p><p></p><p>· Very strong numerical and analytical skills.</p><p>· Good communication skills both written and verbal, with all levels within the company.</p><p>· Minimum moderate excel skills (knowledge of AO essential).</p><p>· Experience of SAP PA1/PR2 (essential)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Your benefits:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and attractive benefits</li><li>Clothing and Discount Allowance</li><li>A supported training programme in the role and development opportunities</li><li>Flexible working environment</li></ul><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
