We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for mapping the customer journey and ensuring the highest luxury standards are implemented and maintained.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;">Our client is a multi-award-winning retailer who specialise in high value luxury goods. With showrooms across the UK, Europe, The Middle East and The USA they are performing well and now want a Customer Experience Manager with experience in luxury retail to join their business.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;">We require the successful candidate to be fluent in German (written and spoken) to join and lead the teams in the UK and Germany. This is a fantastic role for someone to oversee the entire customer journey-from initial contact, to the in-store experience, to the purchase of the product to the after-sales support. Your leadership will shape a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and fostering long-term customer relationships.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;">We want a Customer Service Manager who has ideally worked in a luxury retail store, but has now grown into a service role.
