<p><strong>About the Role</strong>:</p><p>A fantastic opportunity to join our Brand &amp; Marketing team for the fastest growing retailer in the South West and make your mark in a role where you will be responsible for supporting all things in-store communications.</p><p>You will be joining a team who work cross-functionally across the organisation and with external agencies. This role will be focussed on In-store communications such as in-store POS, whilst also supporting our ambitious store opening programme.&nbsp; You will be supporting the Marketing Executive, whilst also have your own day-to-day responsibilities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>Day to day duties included but not limited to the following:</p><span><ul><li>Collating store nominations and communicating out to the relevant parties</li><li>Managing the POS portal and keeping the assets current and up to date</li><li>Generating store offers creatives and communicating out to the relevant parties</li><li>Working closely with the design team to create relevant campaigns and POS</li><li>Supporting in new store opening POS packs</li><li>Working closely with the printers to make sure store assets arrive on time and meet deadlines</li><li>Working with the social and PR team when creating relevant marketing campaigns</li></ul></span><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Essential:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Experience of working in a fast paced environment with accountability for delivering on time and on budget</li><li>Ability to analyse data and adapt activity based on results</li><li>Be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with various stakeholders</li><li>A natural flair for writing, with strong copywriting and communication skills in English</li><li>Proven exceptional communication and partnership development skills</li><li>Self-motivated with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail</li></ul></li><li>Desirable:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a relatable Marketing role</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft software packages, specifically excel</li><li>Experience in producing consumer facing marketing literature</li><li>Degree educated or equivalent</li></ul></li></ul></span><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Flexible and Hybrid working</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Plymouth, Devon</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive Salary</p>
