Be part of a brand that values purpose as much as profit!</p><h3>Key Responsibilities - Merchandiser:</h3><ul><li><strong>Range Planning &amp; Trading:</strong> The merchandiser will work closely with buying, design, and supply chain teams to ensure we have the right product offering at the right time, driving sales and profit growth.</li><li><strong>WSSI (Weekly Sales Stock Intake) Management:</strong> The merchandiser will produce and manage weekly sales and stock forecasts, ensuring optimal stock levels and replenishment strategies are in place.</li><li><strong>OTB (Open-to-Buy) Management:</strong> The merchandiser will oversee OTB budgets, monitor performance, and adjust stock levels to achieve sales and margin targets.</li><li><strong>Analytical Insights:</strong> The merchandiser will utilise strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise sales and inventory.</li><li><strong>Range &amp; Assortment Planning:</strong> The merchandiser will assist in building seasonal ranges and assortments based on market analysis, historical performance, and customer needs.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> The merchandiser will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of strategies and delivery of results.</li><li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Deliver regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key areas of focus, growth opportunities, and potential risks.</li></ul><h3><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in merchandising, ideally within a fashion or retail environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>WSSI</strong>, <strong>OTB</strong>, <strong>range planning</strong>, and <strong>trading</strong> concepts.</li><li>Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li><li>Strong Excel skills (advanced level) and experience using merchandising systems.</li><li>Passion for sustainability and aligning with B Corp values.</li><li>A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.</li></ul><h3><strong>Why Join Our Client:</strong></h3><ul><li>Become part of a leading British brand that's proudly <strong>B Corp Certified</strong>.</li><li>Work in an inclusive, purpose-driven environment where you can make a difference.</li><li>Opportunities for career development and growth.</li><li>Competitive salary, plus benefits</li></ul><p>BBBH32704</p></dd>
