They are on the immediate look out for a merchandising assistant to come and join the business. <br class="" /><br class="" />This is a brilliant opportunity for a self starter, ambitious individual who wants to kickstart their career in the sports &amp; athleisure industry.</p><p><strong><span class="">As the Merchandising Assistant: </span></strong></p><ul class=""><li class="">Be the support function to your product development &amp; wider merchandising team </li><li class="">Manage the critical path of booked styles with your product development team</li><li class="">Manage  &amp; accurately update the full delivery schedule</li><li class="">Communicate daily with suppliers, warehouse and your full product teams around the status of booked lines </li><li class="">Raise and manage all Purchase Orders </li><li class="">Ensure all detail within Purchase Orders are accurate at all times </li><li class="">Support with Monday Trade meetings by pulling reports for your merchandiser</li><li class="">Ability to analyse reports and data to build information &amp; actions for your team </li><li class="">Ability to feedback opinion and fact around sales and stock from reports to your merchandiser </li><li class="">Make sure all product "goes live" when stock is in the warehouse, ensuring that product goes onto the website ASAP</li><li class="">Manage and images vs stock discrepancies yourself </li><li class="">Monitor competitors, if not daily, weekly around new product they are selling along with their prices and any mark down</li><li class="">Work collaboratively with partners and their merchandising, buying and marketing teams </li><li class="">Support with key trading periods i.e Black Friday &amp; Christmas promo's</li><li class="">Understand freight times, challenges and ability to book in stock with forwarder's and warehouses </li></ul><p><strong><span class="">You will: </span></strong></p><ul class=""><li class="">Calm, cool &amp; collected</li><li class="">Collaborative </li><li class="">A strong, confident communicator </li><li class="">Accountable </li><li class="">Pro-active </li><li class="">Problem solver </li></ul><p><strong><span class="">MUST HAVE:</span></strong></p><ul class=""><li class="">Strong interest in the sports/lifestyle &amp; performance market </li><li class="">Strong, advanced Excel skills </li><li class="">Desired, but not essential; Degree or qualifications in buying/merchandising/business management </li></ul><p>BBBH32086</p><p> </p>
