The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, shaking up the market with ambitions to be at the very top.</p><p>The National Account Manager will take ownership of the strategic growth within Grocery accounts, developing and executing the plan and brand strategies.</p><p><strong>Package Includes: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary £50,000 - £55,000 </strong></li><li><strong>Car allowance, bonus potential, pension & 25 days holiday + BH</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities - National Account Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement brand strategies and plans for the existing account portfolio, aligning with company objectives.</li><li>Increase product distribution and visibility within the account base.</li><li>Drive new business development within the account base.</li><li>Ensure the achievement of internal targets, with a focus on profitable growth.</li><li>Implement promotional plans in alignment with both strategy and customer needs.</li><li>Understand and manage the commercial impact, including pricing, promotions, and investment.</li><li>Negotiate trading terms, pricing adjustments, range resets, JBP opportunities, and cost increases as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with customers to create and execute clear Joint Business Plans (JBPs), focusing on key customer and internal targets for Pets Choice.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure account-specific objectives are met.</li><li>Provide detailed analysis and reporting, both internally and externally, with a focus on performance metrics.</li><li>Lead the execution of New Product Development (NPD) plans with retailers, ensuring clear implementation and support.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Bring - National Account Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>National Account Management level of experience gained within FMCG, managing Discounter or Grocery accounts</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills</li><li>Ambition, a real drive to succeed</li><li>Nurture strong working relationships internally and externally</li></ul><p> </p><p>If you are an experienced National Account Manager, who is now keen to play a significant part in the continued success of this rapidly growing business, we'd love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>BBBH32729</strong></p></dd>
