We offer amazing on the job training, internal development, and career succession – 80% of our Managers are home grown.</span></div><div><span>&nbsp;</span></div><p><strong><span>As a Replenishment Supervisor </span></strong><strong><span>you will support the Replenishment Manager in ensuring the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>You will also:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.</span></li><li><span>Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and stock is accessible at all times</span></li><li><span>Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health and Safety policies in order to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.</span></li><li><span>Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements</span></li><li><span>Be passionate about delivering great customer service!</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>Ideal candidates&nbsp;will be&nbsp;enthusiastic, focused &amp; driven team players with a passion for retail &amp; delivering great service!&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>It is essential that applicants have the following:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment</span></li><li><span>Strong organisational skills</span></li><li><span>The ability to think on your feet&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude</span></li></ul><p><em><span>Having a Fork Lift Truck license is also desirable, but not essential.</span></em></p><div><span><strong><span></span></strong></span><p></p><p><span><strong><span><span>At B&amp;M, we offer great benefits including discount in our stores and our colleague&nbsp;portal offers additional discount for retailers, hospitality &amp; much more!
