<p><strong>JOB TITLE: Online Merchandiser</strong></p><p><strong>LOCATION: Moorgate, City of London</strong></p><p><strong>CONTRACT: Full-Time</strong></p><p><strong>HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days a week</strong></p><p><strong>PAY RATE: Starting at£30,000 per annum</strong></p><p><strong>JOB OVERVIEW </strong></p><p>Proactive, dedicated & passionate about trading online, the Online Merchandiser will be key in running and executing web merchandising tasks effectively & seamlessly. As an expert on converting traffic online, this role will cover all aspects of keeping the site up to date both aesthetically & commercially. <br><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Work alongside the merchandising & operations team to deliver online trading tasks. </li><li>Work alongside online customer services for seamless back- end operations. </li><li>Responsible for assisting the co.uk &.com sites using multiple platforms. </li><li>Support the team on the projects sitting on the digital roadmap.</li><li>Ownership of web KPI- Gross/Net sales, Conversion, AOV, UPT.</li><li>Support the Assistant Merchandising Manager & The Head of Online Trading on all web trading operations. </li><li>Responsible for content, product & stock accuracy on the web. </li><li>Support day to day online merch entailing customer journey from the landing page to checkout for UK and other international url's. </li><li>Take initiatives on developing a seamless user experience on the website.</li><li>Update homepage, sorting algorithms, sort & filter, LHN/ top navigation, with mobile-first strategy.</li><li>Assist in producing weekly trade reports, sharing insights on WoW & YoY performances.</li><li>Work alongside the online executives to ensure there is consistency in all live campaigns. </li><li>Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure CS queries & stock allocation are accurate & up to date. </li><li>Flag missing stock and raise requests for higher stock allocation for bestsellers. </li><li>Assist the merchandisers on PLP, PDP, accurate product recommendations etc. </li><li>Own the reconciliation & any investigative procedures related to both gross & net sales.</li><li>Implement AB tests online with a clear view of the desired outcome.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong><strong>SKILLS & KNOW-HOW</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in online retail merchandising environment, preferably women’s fashion.</li><li>Advanced excel, google sheets & data management skills.</li><li>Preferred- user of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. </li><li>Avid user of Google Analytics.</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Experience or interest in HTML, or any other coding language.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of AB testing</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong><strong>BEHAVIOURS</strong></p><ul><li>Passionate about the Apricot brand and the fashion industry in general; a true brand ambassador</li><li>Delivers results in a timely manner</li><li>Remains calm under pressure</li><li>Able to work to tight and changeable deadlines</li><li>Able to self-manage and work on own initiative</li><li>Relentlessly looks to improve working processes and practices with a commercial approach</li><li>Resilient and remains positive in the face of challenge or adversity</li><li>Self-motivated and passionate about online fashion. </li><li>High attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Strong commercial outlook</li><li>Flexible approach to the role</li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p><strong></strong><strong><br></strong></p>
