<div class="clearfix"></div><h1 class="job-title axiom0-0 axiom-scraped-0">Operational Systems Analyst</h1><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><p>Howdens Joinery are looking for a new Operational Systems Analyst to act as a conduit and point of contact between Information Systems and Trade Depots and Support functions to address their needs, improving efficiency and accuracy in processes and reporting</p><p>This is a permanent job based from our office 4 days per week with 1 day working from home. We are flexible on this person being based from our office in Howden, Yorkshire, Croxley Park in Watford or Raunds in Northamptonshire.</p><p><strong>What will I be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide key support to the Depots and Support Departments regarding Stock and Processes.</li><li>Reconciles data and analyses information</li><li>Identify business process improvements and work with IS to develop these</li><li>End User acceptance testing of new Processes &amp; Developments</li><li>Adopt a systematic approach to eliminating possible causes of failures.</li><li>Identify areas where improved processes would drive efficiencies and potentially cost savings throughout the division and work with IS to implement.</li><li>Working with IS to develop and manage robust scenario tests pre go live and monitoring performance post go live.</li><li>Required to travel to business units as and when required in line with business needs and expectations.
