Therefore experience working across both and the ability to understand how to track the value streams of delivery will be essential in this role. The role will need the ability to help Wickes develop a simple but effective way of monitoring and governing its technical changes programmes, catering to different needs without adding undue complexity. Experience in being able to establish processes to support delivery leads independent of methodology.</div><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><strong>The Role:</strong></div><div><ul><li>You’ll have knowledge of using both waterfall and agile approaches to deliver projects and how to proactively identify areas for process improvement.</li><li>Experience of resource planning across multiple programmes and initiatives to identify and mitigate key resource challenges.</li><li>Experience in designing and implementing lightweight processes/frameworks collaboratively with our stakeholders</li><li>Experience in Financial Management including Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals and Analysis </li><li>You’ll agree and compile regular project and programme reporting, analysing agreed KPI’s and create milestone reporting for various stakeholders throughout Wickes</li><li>With previous knowledge and understanding of business / IT needs, you will have the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence and work closely with management, senior leadership, and reputed vendors.</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Does this sound like you?</strong></div><div><ul><li>A confident, self starter with strong knowledge and understanding of business IT needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence</li><li>Solid analytical, negotiation and excellent communication skills.</li><li>Experience with Atlassian toolset (specifically Jira/Confluence) would be beneficial</li><li>Able to work in a small team and able to balance strategic change, running weekly governance mechanics and delving into detail for issue resolution.</li><li>You’ll be able to work at pace, with a sense of urgency and be able to commit to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.</li><li>You’ll demonstrate sound judgement in the decision making process and have strong understanding of scope of contracts, including milestones and recognition of changes skills</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></div><div>Our strong family values and 'cornerstones' lie at the heart of the success of our journey.
