<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role...</h3><p>We have an exciting job share opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our busy People Administration team. This role involves working 19 hours across 2.5 days per week in a collaborative job-share arrangement.</p><p>The role will be based in our Customer Support Centre, so being within commuting distance of Walsall is essential.</p><p>As a People Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR operations by providing administrative assistance across Retail, Customer Support Centre, and Distribution Centre teams.&nbsp;</p><p>Reporting to the HR Admin Team Lead, you'll collaborate closely with your job-share partner to deliver seamless HR Administration support. This will involve processing new starter paperwork, updating colleague details, conducting Right to Work checks, and handling bonus and pay review documentation.</p><p>In a varied role with no two days being the same, you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising your workload, working as a team and autonomously when required.</p><p>We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of applications for the role.
