We also offer free parking if you drive to us!</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Optimises the efficiency of the People Team - </strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Arranging meetings and People events, helping coordinate People processes within the department, and researching information as directed by the People Partners.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">·Manage, monitor, and control People information using electronic forms and trackers, including but not limited to, colleague absence, starters and leavers, vacancies, induction, probationary and annual reviews.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Own the company benefits, including PMI, Life Assurance and Travel Insurance and ensuring necessary benefit documentation is available to all colleagues.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Ensures DCK follows Right to Work compliance including visas and leave to remain, managing non-compliance</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Co-ordinates the DCK Probation process for new colleagues. This includes monitoring probation reviews, escalating to the People Advisors as appropriate.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Maintains electronic colleague files (both current and former colleagues) and applicant information, ensuring that GDPR requirements are always met and that files are up to date and accurate.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Manages mass colleague changes using Mail Merge</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Manage and maintain admin aspects of lifecycle ie Onboarding, Induction, probation, queries, contract variations, leavers</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Builds great cross-functional relationships and collaborates with colleagues - </strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Provides efficient and effective administrative support to the People team. This includes all administration relating to the working lifecycle of all DCK colleagues, including onboarding, colleague changes and leavers</p></li><li><p>Acting as contact for HR queries within Company policies, procedures, and practices</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Provides generalist People advice and support for first line queries from managers and colleagues, in a timely and efficient manner.
