<h2>About the role</h2><p>In this vital role, you will report to the Head of People Partnering for Support Centres and will serve as a strategic business partner to a number of Senior Leaders for a designated business area.</p><p>As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering the company’s objectives through the engagement and delivery of the People Plan, with a focus on continually raising standards and enhancing the colleague experience.
