This is your chance to manage a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact on colleague satisfaction and HR service delivery</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Lead and develop a team of People Services Administrators and Advisors, ensuring high-quality HR support and services.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Oversee HR administrative operations, maintaining compliance with GDPR and other regulations.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Drive continuous improvement using AI and digital tools to optimise processes and enhance service delivery.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Act as the escalation point for complex HR queries, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Monitor and report on team performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve the colleague experience.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Ensure service coverage, proactively managing risks and implementing contingency plans.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and career development within the team.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><strong>Location: </strong>Based in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH).
