With bonus this could rise to £33,000 – £42,500 per year. Plus, a company car or car allowance of £5,600.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p>You’ll be at the heart of our B2B customer relations, managing and delivering projects within housing association and private developer sectors. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, your day-to-day will include:</p><ul> <li>Delivering givenprojects on time in full and within budget.</li> <li>Providing regular leadinformation on potential new sites/clients.</li> <li>Designing and surveyingkitchen through our CAD system 20/20 to agreed specifications along withorganising and liaising with our clients.</li> <li>Agreeing andnegotiating lead times and budgets with our clients.</li> <li>Managing externalarchitects, contractors and private developers and local authorities alike.</li> <li>Managing theinstallation requirements depending on our clients’ needs/requests.</li> <li>Managing logistics andproduct availability through our Hub distribution network.</li> <li>Providing solutions forday-to-day issues internally and externally.</li> <li>Supporting theinstallation requirements depending on our clients’ needs/requests.</li> <li>Managing creditfacility &amp; invoice queries to support the business.</li> <li>Conduct regularprogress meetings with our clients.</li> <li>Managing cost offailure.</li> <li>Ensuring that ourservice proposal is met through our “right first time” checks.</li> <li>Managing customersquotations through our CRM system – SAP.</li> <li>Communicating withcustomers to ensure the brief is achieved with minimum amendments.</li> <li>Delivering best inclass service to encourage repeat business.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><p>We’re looking for an organised and proactive team member, with a passion for delivering first class service.
